If successful, as part of the formal booking process, all caterers will be required to provide all the following.

  • Copies of food hygiene certificates for all workers (minimum 1 level-two per unit)

  • Copy of Food Allergy and Intolerance Training certificate
    (minimum of 1 per unit)

  • Copy of Public Liability Insurance

  • Copy of Food Hygiene rating (FHRS) from local authority

  • Copy of Gas Safe certificate

  • Copy of risk assessment
