Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of tickets for the East Anglian Copdock Bike Show (“Event”), organised by Copdock Motorcycle Events Ltd (“Organiser”), to be held on Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2026 at Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, IP3 8UH.

By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket for the Event, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase and Agreement

1.1 Tickets for the Event are available for purchase via www.eacbikeshow.co.uk and the associated ticket handling platform Beyonk.com.

1.2 By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with:

  • These Terms and Conditions

  • All Event rules and regulations

  • All venue rules and regulations imposed by Trinity Park

1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with these Terms, Event rules, or venue regulations.

2. Ticket Types and Validity

2.1 Tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified on the ticket.

2.2 Tickets must be presented on entry and may be checked at any time during the Event.

2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to limit entry once venue capacity is reached, even if a valid ticket is held.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

3.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a ticket has been purchased, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Weather conditions

  • Partial attendance

3.2 Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised in writing by Copdock Motorcycle Events Ltd.

3.3 Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced unless required by law.

4. Event Changes, Cancellation, or Postponement

4.1 The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Change Event content, schedules, performers, displays, or activities

  • Alter opening times or programme details

4.2 In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event, the Organiser’s liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket, unless otherwise required by law.

4.3 The Organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by Ticket Holders, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

5. Admission and Conduct

5.1 Admission is at the discretion of the Organiser and venue management.

5.2 The Ticket Holder agrees to behave in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner at all times.

5.3 The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Dangerous or reckless behaviour

  • Illegal substances

  • Weapons or items deemed dangerous by the Organiser

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour

5.4 Any Ticket Holder removed from the Event due to misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.

6. Motorcycles, Vehicles, and Displays

6.1 All motorcycles and vehicles entering the Event site must comply with applicable road traffic laws and Event safety requirements.

6.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.

6.3 Engines may only be started or revved in designated areas where permitted.

7. Health, Safety, and Liability

7.1 Attendance at the Event is entirely at the Ticket Holder’s own risk.

7.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death

  • Loss or damage to personal property

Except where caused by the Organiser’s proven negligence and where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.3 The Ticket Holder is responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to attend and participate in Event activities.

8. Children and Vulnerable Persons

8.1 Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

8.2 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for unsupervised children.

9. Photography, Filming, and Media

9.1 The Event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes.

9.2 By attending the Event, the Ticket Holder consents to their image or likeness being used in any media without compensation.

9.3 Personal photography and filming are permitted unless otherwise stated, provided it does not interfere with the Event or other attendees.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
